GIS Maps

As part of our Access & Equity Project, we identified 1,200 afterschool programs that were active in Oregon in December 2019. We plotted their locations on a GIS map to further explore underserved areas across the state. Check out several of the maps we've created below.

Afterschool in Oregon

This map displays the number of school age youth and number of afterschool program sites within each of Oregon’s 197 School Districts. The color of the dots represent the number of afterschool program sites within each school district. The size corresponds to the number of school age youth. Created to accompany Access & Equity Report released in January 2020.

Summer Planning 2023

Statewide map containing various community assets, created for summer program planning 2023. This map has been updated with data that was collected during the Summer of 2021 and list of programs for Summer 2023. To see more information in regards to summer resources, click on Layers on the top left side of the map.
